I’m a Virgo earth snake born September 1… I’m 22 now… I’m completely messy to other people but I know exactly were everything is.. People say I’m a slob… I’m to busy to clean… I could be out trying to cure cancer or find a nice cancer to date :p

I am a Virgo and I completely agree that there are 2 sides to virgos. There are the ones that are anal and must have everything organized or the others who are messy and dont fit the neat freak stereotype. I fall in the somewhat messy part - its not that I want to be. My fiance does not want to get rid of anything so I am stuck with all this stuff so I have no clue where to even start. My brain is on overload and I just quite. Usually if I do start cleaning I get stuck on stupid things like organizing the CDs in alphabetical order. This takes me several hours. By the time I am done the house is still a mess but the CDs are organized. I have tried to tell him it drives me absolutely crazy but he can not throw out anything and I feel like I am unbalanced. I do know it is def. not all his fault because I could be a lot tidier. So I guess I would say that I am kind of both….?

I’m a type 2 for sure. Whenever I read about my sign it hardly ever sounds like me, because people are always writing about type 1 Virgos.

I am a Virgo early part of month but I am not a typical Virgo. I am not tidy and I don’t know where anything is!! LOL! But I do have the nice and innocent nature of a Virgo. I hate to criticize anyone and always careful not to offend! And I have anything but patience!!!

i am a virgo and i am both types. There are some times when i get really clean freak and some other times when i am extremly messy. i think this is related to my mood :i’m clean when i’m happy and i’m messy when i’m sad

I’m a Virgo…And I’m that Type 2 you mentioned. I’m not extremely neat and meticulous though I hate messes and I love being organized though I hardly find time to clean and get organized.

I’m a virgo and have a very busy mind. I think this depends on what is meant by “Tidy”. My life is in order. I know what i have to do and when - i don’t need a schedule just control over my life. All aspects of my work I complete to perfection (well, near to! - I’m pretty sure I’d never think something is perfect! - too critical). With regards to my house - a typically lived in house, with toys on floor, clothes that need washing volcanoing out of the washing basket and always a few cups lying around the house, the garden always needs mowing and dusting gets done eventually (when i do have a clean its a complete overhawl of the house so everything is organised tidy and sparkling)- a little too commited to the cause i think). I have too many places in which I need order that my house work suffers… (and keeping on top of my finances too oooops).

Stephrock has hit the point of the matter. Sensibility and efficiency taken to THE extreme. I’ve oscillated between the two types you’ve mentioned here, and can say I’m most happy when things are organized in a fashion where economy of motion and thought are optimal and its all aesthetically balanced.
However, if this doesn’t seem possible to me, I will do nothing about messes at all.
If you’re going to do it, do it right or not at all to the nth degree.
Don’t confuse messy with dirty though. Dirty will not be tolerated!

i am a virgo..and i am extremely tidy in certain places i always have to have the living room and the kitchen clean, my room too but its not always clean in the closet. why i say i am tidy is because when i come home from work like at 12 midnight and the living room and the kitchen is not clean they way i want it. i will start to clean like crazy, but because so that way i know i can sleep well with a clean house. its one less thing to worry about in my mind.

I am a Virgo. I must have everything organized, clean, and tidy. I do believe that everything has a place and everything should be in its place, lol. I have actually got up during a movie on T.V. and started tidying up if I saw something out of place. My son has teased me saying I have O.C.D. Now I can tell him it is because I am a Virgo.

and a lot of the time my house is in utter chaos.. I have 3 kids and am a single mum.. so my non virgo kids make a lot of mess. I go mad sometimes and get on a cleaning buzz and organising buzz (with music) and have such a sense of peace and harmony and everything is right in the world when it is done. But it never lasts no matter how many times I vow..”I will keep this clean and tidy!”

The best quote I heard about us messy virgos is this “How come some virgos are so messy? Because they are so busy organising the compartments and drawers and cabinets of their minds their outer worls can get overlooked”

Also, as someone said..if I haven’t got the proper cleaning equipment..it gets frustrating..like a vacuum cleaner that works really really well!
meh… think I’ll clean up tomorrow..lol

I’m one of those virgo’s who lives in an organised mess… Haha everything might be all over my bedroom floor but I know more or less where it is. It drives me mad when my mum/me tidies up and I can’t find anything because I’ve put it away somewhere
