Taurus and Gemini
These two may be attracted by one another's differences at first, but that is where it should be left, for every-ones sake! Taurus and Gemini live parallel lives and spend most of the time in parallel worlds as well and this goes double for the Gemini. At first the Taurus will no doubt be charmed by the Gemini's "live life for the moment" approach to life, but they will soon tire of this when they realise that when it comes to savings accounts and paying the bills the Gemini can sometimes, well, forget! They certainly don't plan anything very well, and although the Taurus may like the odd adventure he/she likes their daily life to be calm and organised thank you very much! I would say that the Gemini will be one person who can make the awful temper of the Taurus comes out, and that won't be a pretty sight. Although the Gemini is very airy fairy and sometimes other worldly, it doesn’t mean they can't give as good as they get. And oh boy they really do! Sparks will fly between these two. The Taurus being too stubborn to give in and the Gemini being to childish to want to. You've been warned. They won't find much sanctuary in the bedroom department either I'm afraid. The Taurus will grow tired of the Gemini's apparent coldness and the Gemini will find the Taurus rather dull and boring and would much rather be somewhere else. There is certainly no love lost between them and other than sharing a few nice picnics together, there isn't really much of a future for these two I'm afraid. Sorry!

In the beginning of reading your article on Taurus and Gemini, I did agree and our relationship has alot of likeness to the first paragraph with arguments. His personality fits the profile and so does mine. But the last one was terrible hated it. We have great sex and always have for the past two years. I didn’t like the paragraph just because it does not apply to all Gemini and Taurus couples. debbie

Thanks for your comment. I am sorry that you hated my last paragragh. It is a very general view as I have mentioned on other parts of my site. But it is true for many people. There are many aspects to one’s charts that can determine how we will respond to one another, and this is just from one angle.

Thanks for your reply, I did not mean to come off rude with the sex or bedroom remark. Your paragraph does have some truth to it Geminis get easily bored, but if the Taurus wants to keep him interested she will change to expirement sometimes to keep him interested. And the same applies to him. There are many aspects to determine how we respond to eachother, and the future is what you make it.

OH boy.. im in for a treat.. im currently trying to start up a relationship with my taurus….im a free living gemini who does get bored easily. Since i’ve known him.. i have never gotten bored with him. But he does have a temper when he gets upset with me. I tend to take things out on him when im having a bad day at work. I vent out to him, but this last time i did that, he was so upset with me, he couldn’t talk to me for a few hours. I felt soo bad… i kept apologizing.. we made up. We are good now.. for now.. i gotta make sure i behave myself from now on…well wish me luck.

Thank you Becky for yr response to my comment. Honestly, this is my first real relationship.
In the past…i’ve gotten bored with my past bfs and juss left..didn’t call back. Sometimes it has come back to kick my in the arse…haha..i recently found out that an ex of mine confided in my older sister. He told her that he really liked him probably loved me but he said that i acted like a guy and juss ditched him and moved on…i was kinda freaked out and felt really bad. My own cousin even gave me the nickname.. the crusher…haha.. sounds funny but it made me realize that I need to find ways to let down men alil more easier than to juss drop them like flies…lol.. oh well.. i will move on.
With my current real relationship, I will learn to be patient and more accommodating when it comes to his feelings..he does love me and i love him.. he has even proposed to me but we haven’t made it official yet. I want to take my time and see what lies ahead for our different characteristics.
The one reason why i fell for him was that he’s alot like my late father who was also a taurus. Sometime it feels like like i am trying to replace that loving person in my life.

well, I’m a Taurus and she’s a gemini, We were introduced by a coworker, and since the beginning, we had so much in common and we started to like each other.
after the first date, she got mad at me, because I didn’t call her for 2 days, even though we sent emails and txt messages, so, whoa, hold it, what did I do? ba bye
she apologized, and then we went out a couple days, one day I was too tired to go out, and she was pissed at me, even though we went out the day before, but since I went out with some friends a week later (same day of the week) she was soooo mad because I didn’t tell her until I was at the place, even though we went out 2 days before, and we were gonna go out 2 days later
so, you know, forget it, I can’t deal with it, we just started, and 2 fights already, like I let her know, I don’t get mad too often, but you don’t want the raging bull against the two face (ok ok, I didn’t say that), but once I get mad, is over, you did something really bad

we haven’t called each other in 2 weeks, I sent her 3 txt messages, got no answer, and I’m not gonna call her, cuz she’s the one that got mad at me for not a real reason, besides me going out without telling her, I mean, we’re not BF GF yet, and I didn’t go out with other girls
so, I don’t call her because she doesn’t call me or answer my txt mess, and she doesn’t call me because she’s not gonna be the one after me, and even though we like each other, we’re being stubborn and don’t want to give in.
I feel bad about it, but I’d rather be on my own than giving her a hard time with my personality

I’m sorry to hear it didn’t work out. I’m a gemini and my hun is a taurus. Like you, we’ve had our ups and downs in the beginning of the relationship. And yes, I did get angry with him often for not calling back or just forgetting the little things that mean alot to me. But i have learned from this. I hated to see him get so angry and not wanting to talk about how we felt and why. I understand now that most men will not talk about feelings. I just sit back and notice that he eventually will talk about things in his own good time. I hated the confrontations that sometimes I’ve caused..haha.. but now.. i want to keep this relationship alive and strong. I love my hun. I realize that no one is perfect so I am not goin to try to change him in any way.
There is hope for us geminis and taurus men. It juss requires a lot of patience on both parts.

she got mad at me, cancelled our date 2 days later with a big NOPE, and like the first time, she gave me an attitude, and didn’t want to talk about it, or like she said “I’m not gonna argue with you” but I wasn’t even arguing or thinking about it, I asked her to tell me if there was something wrong, so we could talk about it, but nooooo, she gave me an attitude, now she says there wasn’t enough communication, but, wasn’t she contradicting herself?
I’m way too patient, I can take my share of crap, but there’s a breaking point, and she got me there, I told her that it was over, and she said that I was hurting her by saying that, and that we should forget it and start over. I agreed, and gave her a few days off, when I sent her the firt message asking her “how are you” she was so cold “good” nothing else, oh, ok, a few more days, and tried again, like we used to, txt messages in the morning and I would call her after work, but no answer, so no call

I must be the worst Taurus because I can never find an accurate description of me. I really oppose and dislike routine, I love to constantly travel, and I am always searching for the next adventure…also, money and finances are really at the bottom of my list in terms of life priorities. I can’t agree with becky because i’m only twelve but i can say that the fights and stuff were true in my case but soon we forgave eachother. i love my gemini. he shares all my intrests and hobbies like spells. i hope this time we can make it work. even at twelve love can combine the most oposites and i think thats true for everyone. after a car crash and the loss of my dad and brother he’s the only one who’s there for me. i think that you had a fantastic idea with this page!

Well, I’m a lesbian gemini and my girlfriend is a taurus. We were liked so into each other when we first met, but sometimes we get into stupid arguments. She likes things her way or it’s no one’s way. She made me stop saying “sorry” and start saying ” I apologize”. I don’t see the difference only that “i apologize” takes longer to say and she says that saying I’m sorry means your a sorry person. Well, ok. But she is very possessive and it upsets me that I can’t do hardly anything without her wanting to know every little detail. I mean I will talk to you about what I want to tell you, not what you think you can make me tell you. She doesn’t like that I have no problem talking to my exes even though they still want me. I just feel like I know she doesn’t trust them, but it feels like she doesn’t trust me and it hurts. Sometimes I don’t want to even look at her and she gets upset when I get over and argument and just forget about it and she’s still upset. I’m not going to stay mad all day, I don’t have time for it. I am so happy that school started so I can spend sometime away from her so we won’t do anything we’ll regret. She was really getting on my nerves and I needed some space and time to miss her cause we were around eachother 24/7!

Actually, it seems like Gemini and Taurus pair is a win or loose situation. I love my taurus girl too death. How ever I do get bored of her often, we argue about the dumbest things too, and in the end we both forgive easily and act like nothing ever happend.She is a stay at home type girl, im a be outside type guy (Uh oh) Me being a versatile gemini, it isnt too hard adapting too the taurus. We just simply worked out a plan that works for the both of us so we could see each when we like. I treat her with all of the respect in the world, anything I can do to get her to smile makes me happy, I truely care about her opinions and point of views, I always listen too her. I speak my mind when I need too, if I feel as if theres a problem I resolve it asap.
But I stay cautious with her, I dont want to make any choices that I will regret, since she seems fragile. I guess its working out pretty good for us. I look forward to the days ahead of us.

LOl iam in love with a taurus but i dont think its there. I did act childish before and it was dumb considering we are not bf or gf because i found out that he was seeying a female in the time frame that we have been close close friends and partners. But, at the same time can you blame me??? Any ways i told him to never call me and we were done being friends for about 3 months until he finally called and told me he missed me and that he changed but we are yet bf or gf. I know iam a bit childish and want my way and hes stubburn and it set to his ways but idk what to do its like im bending backwards and hes not. Hello Becky, I have a question: I am a 39 year old gemini girl that has been in very stable, but unhappy relationships over the years. I have grown VERY fond of a 23 year old taurus male that i spend several hours a week with. since there is the age difference and he is very mature for his age, do all of the usual characteristics apply in a love relationship between our two signs, or am i at an age that i can come to his level? I feel like it can definitely work if given the opportunity. I don’t believe ill get bored of him. Mmm.. I feel as if this is subjective at best. Sorry to say but I’m skeptical with horoscopes. I believe it takes away from our individual personalities and almost confines us into acting a certain way. At any rate, I’m a Taurus… and I love to travel. I hate routine. I get bored so much with routines and I need constant change. If anything the only thing I like in a routine is for a girl to be loyal and not cheat on me. Which in general is something any person shouldn’t do. There’s so many varibles to consider whether a relationship will work or not such as likes, dislikes, personal upbringing, views on life, etc etc. Furthermore, taurus or gemini people will click this section because they think it corresponds to them and take it seriously. However, if a person from a different horoscope were to read those paragraphs they could also find ways to relate it to their lives as well. Vice versa.
The bottom line is that any relationship can work as long as the two people are genuine human beings that really love eachother. Talk about issues at hand..try to be very understanding, not ignorant. Don’t let the ego get out of control. I’d be more on the look out for someone you really care about and love rather than what horoscope he/she is. Horoscopes should be looked at as something to read when bored and nothing more.

Yea, I kinda agree with you Ryan. It is true that as long as there is a connection between two people and they love each other that’s what all matter. I feel also that astrology can sometimes give you a general idea about a different signs. I am a Gemini woman, and I have many “Gemini traits”. For as being compatible with Taurus’, I’m not; I’m better off being friends with them. To me, (At least the Taurus’ I’ve met) are very sneaky, stubborn,slightly arrogant, and often play games. I also feel that Taurus men like it when you don’t pay them any attention. They don’t appreciate someone who shows their love to them..They also love women to “sweat” them..That’s just my opinion..

Wow I disagree with this A LOT! I am and have been with a Tarus for 2 1/2 years now almost 3 this June!! I am a free spirted Gemini this is oh so very true, I get bored and I wanna try new things… But he is right there with me we accept each others diffrences. Yes he’s laid back but he doesnt mind to spice it up and do something diffrent and I sure dont mind nights in. Our sex life… well I dont think I should mention just how truly hot it is! You might get jelous but I’m never bored with it and he sure does apprectiate my flavor for new things. We rarley fight as well and when we do he stays pretty calm and I see that I love him and I don’t through “temper tantrums” I just accept that I don’t like the situation. We attack the promblem not each other. Im glad that me and him aren’t like the “couple” above because with out him I’d be very much lost… He’s what I love waking up to every day and knowing he’s mine and not going anywhere anytime fast.

I’m a Gemini and most of my most intense relationships have been with Aries & Taurus men. Everything you said is so very true! Why didn’t the relationship last? I am a Gemini and have been with a Taurus for a year now and the only true thing about this post is thee arguments& that Taurus is very stubborn other than that though, this post is ridiculous. Wanna know why? Because not everyone is the same! My Taurus is very much in love with me and same goes for him. We have amazing sex and I still kiss him the same way I did when we first met.
I love that he is organized and he loves my free spirit. My brother is also a Gemini and now married to a Taurus and they are PERFECT! So just stop. You don’t know what you’re talking about and sorry you had a bad experience with a gemini taurus relationship but that doesn’t make them all bad.

I am currently seeing a Gemini and I am a Taurus Woman….we are both 41. He has never been married and has no children. I have been married and have 3 Sons ages 21-16-14. This Gemini has me so confused. He is with me 4-5 nights a week. We really clicked BUT he went to a Family Reunion and came back and decided he wants to have his own family. I do not want any more children! BUT again he is still hanging around and with me a lot and 90% of the time it is him intiating the contact and visits. We are not being intimate (but have been a few times months ago)but he has slept over and we cuddled and watched TV - what gives??? Is he in or is he out. It is becoming exhausting……HELP!

I am a Gemini girl who is seeing a Taurus guy. I like to read zodiac personality descriptions and love compatibilities because I think that they help us to understand ourselves and each other but they are just generalizations. At least I hope so. lol. I have dated a Libra guy and 2 Leos in the past and I have gotten bored with all of them quickly. But what I’ve noticed with my Taurus guy is that things are still exciting (we’ve only gone out about 5 or 6 times, but we text and call each other daily). I think things are going well for us, contrary to your prediction Becky. However, I think we don’t exactly fit both of our zodiac descriptions 100%. I think my Taurus is strong and stubborn and definitely shows signs of a little possessiveness , but he is just as silly and adventurous as I am. I don’t think he likes routine and I don’t think things with us will ever get boring. I just hope HE doesn’t get bored with ME and I hope we can overcome any obstacles that come our way. Been married for 12 years. Deep love keeps things going….but a very very difficult relationship to say the least for both. Worst for the Taurus though because of fixed nature.
It is best that people should avoid this combination if at all possible.

This is so true. My dad is a Taurus and my mom is a Gemini. I remember when I was young hearing them arguing and fighting all the time. Not only that, but I’m a Taurus too and my mom REALLY brings out my temper. It was so bad that I scared my friends, cause they are not used to seeing me so pissed off. >>;

aw most of it is so true! ive been with my taurus boyfriend for over 2years and still brings a smile to my face everytime i see him. we were attracted to each other instatly almost like love at first sight, now its been 2 years and im not all over him like i used to be but he is still the same, excited to touch me, see me, talk to me :). i love him but i get really bored and immpatient at times

I am a taurus(woman) and I was with my gemini boyfriend for 3 years,we had two boys together,and we have eachothers names on our hands, and I am very much still in love with him, but unfortunately we broke up in march after I had my second baby because he cheated on me. He wanted to keep me But he fell in love with this girl,so he was torn between us.I was too hurt to try and get him back I just resented him and it made things worse. We always had a sort of love hate relationship, we argued, but We made up right after and we were both funny and goofy.I always encouraged him to try new things in bed and I would always blow his mind wih his favorites. He is more routine than I am, he was possessive, and a homebody.I love him still, and I know he still loves me , but alot of times when we argued, it was because we needed eachothers attention and once we felt like we got eachothers attention, one of us would crack a joke to make the other laugh and forget about what we were argueing for in the first place. Although we are not together now we still have mad love and respect for eachother.

I laughed a little at the last two comments because of how differently they took this information, and thought I’d say something along with what is going on with me right now.
There’s a Gemini man I’m currently interested in and what surprises me is that he’s quite fond of me as well. Even though a Taurus/Gemini match is typically bad news, there are many expceptions because of the Venus sign’s tendency to be in neighboring signs of the Sun sign For a Gemini, it could be in anywhere from Aries to Leo, for a Virgo anywhere from Cancer to Scorpio, etc. You can read up on it or ask Becky, as I’m sure she knows. (Question to Becky: Would you ever consider doing some articles on the Venus signs, since this is a website that focuses on love an relationships? I’ve been reading a lot of it lately and find the attraction aspects of it very interesting.)
My Gemini’s Venus happens to be in Taurus, which is good news for me because he finds my Taurean qualities charming and exactly what he wants in a woman. He does drive me crazy with his childishness, to the point that I get really angry, but I’ve never burst out in frustration. Yet. I’ve also noticed his Mercury is in Taurus, as is mine. Perhaps that’s why we carry on conversations easily and he doesn’t befuddle me like most other Geminis do.
I’m not sure if this relationship could go anywhere, as I’m not really looking for one at the moment, but it just goes to show that with the right signs in certain positions, virtually any signs could get along well. I’m a Taurus and my Fiance is a Gemini. I too will have to say I’m a different Taurus as well and my Gemini man is different. I’m very outdoorsey, social buttefly, love being around my friends, love to travel etc. My gemini man hates being around people, very indoorsey, structured, good with finaces and he can get boring, but he’s funny… i will have to say the beginning of our relationship was rocky, for like a whole year. He never trusted me. He had issues with me loving the out doors, he had issues with me liking to be with my friends and we argued all thee time, but made up. Im a gemini and met this Taurus guy about a year ago right before he deployed. He is a MArine. We stayed in contact thur letters and phone calls he came back a few months ago but is stationed in CA and im in NM. I went to CA to visit him for a weekend and everything was so perfect. I think us talking and getting to know eachother with out physically seeing eachother brought us closer in some way. Its been a few weeks since i visited and he is falling for me FAST, telling me he loves me and all that good stuff. we talk everyday and miss eachother like crazy but i dont really KNOW him cuz we havnt spent much time together and i know things are different when your actually with someone. I definately disagree with this posting. My gemini guy and I have a wonderfully harmonious relationship. We balance each other beautifully; he is understanding and kind and gentle, yet adventurous and outgoing, and I love all of those. I, being a taurus, love to be loved, and I love him right back. We just feed off of each other. We have a wonderful relationship, so, once again, I completely disagree with this!

OMG! My gemini husband and I have been married for 6 LONG years and I’m afraid everything that was said was absolutely true! I only wish that I had read it 6 years ago when the relationship first started! Our differences have brought us to the end and now I’ve asked for a divorce, but he won’t give it to me. hi, i’m a Taurus/Tiger and my mate is a Gemini/Pig. we have a little baby Gemini/Tiger. half and half literally! we’ve been together for 2 years. in the beginning around May we jumped the gun and had sex. lol. then after a week, it got so dull and uninteresting. for some reason we were both mad at each other and we were both too stubborn to call the other=/ then halloween came around and we had sex again=P we were on and off for about a year…and then BAM, i got pregnant. i stayed home more than usual because due to my “tiger” side, i was always on the go, never at home. so i’d say i’m not much of the typical “taurus”. so after i gave birth…my bf told me that I was the UNSTABLE one. i’m like WTF. well see, this is how it goes. if im “RECKLESS”, he’s “stable”…vice versa. so which should i choose…i’d say i rather be the reckless one. hahah. idk, all i can say is that we do at times “bump heads” but we come back to each other still. we both get our tantrums and then we forget them=)

I’m taurus woman, and have relationship with gemini man. Honesty this post is true! My guy exactly as u wrote there. We have long distance relationship on and off for around 7 years! So far we never really broke up.I mean we just argue,angry, and stop communicate for a while, but we can’t stand long, then contact again. One month ago I just said good bye to him and seriously. enough is enough, because I’m so tired with his attitude. So we lose contact almost 1 year. It was hard time for me, but I did hard not to contact him anymore. One month ago he tried again contact me, apologize, said sorry…etc. Well,after few times avoid, I decide to try again, but I know this time should be different. I also managed my feeling, not as before, I still love him, but I make it ‘lighter’. he still the same guy as before, but surprise, he’s more care to me, and we can talk more open and free. Anyway we keep going on, We realize we love each other, but our different character is the most important to deal. So,my advise to taurus-gemini couple,if you both open your heart to understand each other,anything could be handled. But if too hard to make your gemini open heart, then better leave it. It’s not an easy relationship, but any zodiac couple also have problems, not only taurus-gemini.

I’m a Gemini male and was in a relationship with a Taurus male who was 24 at the time (i’m bi) when I was 19 (27 now) that lasted for a little over a year including the non relationship talking and dating time. We actually got along great and seemed very compatible with each other, but being in a relationship with a guy just didn’t feel like what I really wanted because I always found myself looking at and wanting girls and almost cheated on him twice. That was really the only reason it didn’t work out, if I was full on gay we’d probably still be together. Besides that, I was talking to a Taurus girl and we also got along great and I had a thing for her and she had a thing for me but it never materialzied because she had a boyfriend and we decided it was best to just cool off from each other. Wow, I wish I would have seen this article 5 years ago, would have saved me the heartache. I was with my Gemini man for 5 1/2 years, we have a child together, but this is all spot on. We have parted our ways and it was for the better. I am not one to get a temper but he was able to bring out the worst in me, be put me in debt and would sell everything. He was so childish and definitely lived by “easy come, easy go” I found him very immature and cold, he cheated many times, but I was in doubt and determined to make things work. I did love him, though now I’m always questioning why. Ridiculous, I will never make this mistake again. I am currently dating a Pices man and couldn’t be happier, he is what has been missing in my life. Taurus/Gemini union is a toxic match, for most.

I’m a lesbian and I have been friends with a taurus female who is 20 yrs my senior… When I first saw her I had to let her kow that I was attracted to her! When she learned of my age she told me I was too young and that it’ll never work… I was feeling bummed about it or what not, but we remained friends… It’s been about two years later and we recently started a sexual relationship… Things seem to be okay so far, we really like one another alot and have been taking it one day at a time… Before the sex started she let me know that she had been sexually active with someone in a different city… So yesterday when I went to visit her I wanted to be sexually active with her but I couldn’t because of mother nature(p.s. our sex has been amazing)So after, I went home and took a nap and I called her after I woke. out of the blus she tells me that she is going out of town to one of her friends’ graduation party! this friend of hers live in the same city as her friend that she has had sexual relations with and she will also be at the party! I don’t know how to feel at this point. Maybe this is stage of the relationship where we see if it grows from here or fail. I’ve been in a relationship with a Taurus and it only lasted 2 week, he dumbed me and the reason he gave me was a massive lie, i heard the truth through my friends. Basically playing me about, hes a bit of a ‘Infatuation Junkie’ loves the thrill of it all an when it disappears so does he also had a girlfriend just weeks after.
I would be lying if i said it was a complete failure, it wasn’t we had fun while it lasted but he’s not the right person for me anyway.
I’m not sure if taurus are classed as ‘honest’ people or not but this one certaintly had mastered the art of it, it seemed to flow out of him with ease.
I don’t understand how someone could lie like that, i really don’t.

Hey Taurus,
yes us Gemini’s can come across as ‘cold’ and yes we do find it hard to express ourselves. I find it hard to express myself in person, i don’t want people to see that side of me, to me if i show emotions it shows people i am weak.
My Dad has called me heartless and i just laugh and brush it off, people think i’m heartless but i’m not, i have emotions, lots of them, i have shown a few people, confide my deep emotional thoughts with a few.
‘Gemini’s take everything and give nothing’ this made me laugh because my ex taurus had said that to me a few times, its true until we find the ‘right one’. We find it hard to be intimate.
well i do anyway.
Not one person is the same, some people find it hard to express(or hold back) and some people express emotions easily.

I m Gemini dating Taurus. I have found it a better combination than with other air signs. I m a Gemini Horse - restless, thrill-seeking, ego-centric….how could someone suggest me to be with some guys who share the same character as me? I have tried to date the air/fire signs lots of times… after a few dates , I already know its not going anywhere!
