Taurus and Sagittarius
These two may initially be intrigued by one another’s differences and maybe washed away by the idea of each other. Taurus and Sagittarius are two very different people indeed. Sagittarius needs space, space to think, space to travel, space to feel free and liberated. Taurus on the other hand doesn’t feel the need for so much space to be honest and prefers to know when things are going to happen.
This relationship, although happy, after a while will start to drag. Mainly because of pent up frustration with each other which sadly is brought on by the things that initially drew them together. Sagittarius will begin to feel suffocated by their Taurus lover, and will become very bored with the mundane routine and the knowing what is going to happen every day. The Sagittarius need for freedom and to go off traveling will arouse the Taurus temper and awaken the possessive/jealous streak inside. And this is what initiated the problem for these two.
Sexually it will be rather hot, all that fire from the Sagittarius and the earthy passion from the Taurus will make sure that these two will at least find some comfort in each other’s arms. This will also be the place where the idea swapping may occur. But sadly while the Sagittarius gets excited at the thought of what they have spoken about, to the Taurus they were just ideas, never meant to be taken seriously. I mean, taking a no notice break from work to travel to Australia? That just won’t be happening. And that my friends, is that.

This is practically a personal account of what happened in my relationship with a Sagittarius man, I am a Taurus female. Only things that are different is that I never got jealous (cos I trusted him completely) and I DID go to Australia with him at the drop of a hat! I do have an odd spontaneous side to me for a Taurus though!

I’m a Taurus guy n yeah i jus love to laze around n do the same thing’s i’m comfortable with but its always gotta be something new for my girl its kinda fun but gets hectic at times. Also the sex is great but after that we are very incompatible when it comes to discussing things. She love to but i switch off most of the times…Guilty, but sorry da lala land is way more fun. I’m a male taurean and I think most of what is said about taureans are true. I’ve dated a Saggi many years ago in Oz and must say that she’s gorgeous, kind hearted and sweet. Never lived with one and we’re looking at picking things up once I return to Australia, however, from what I’ve been reading about a Sag women makes me think about compatibility. I read something about Saaggi that said they will give a complitment but not even know that they’ve taken it away..example: Hey-that’s a nice dress you’re wearing. It doesn’t show your beer belly too much

Oh my!! I (the female sagittarius) was married to a taurus man for 4 years. It was horrible. I felt caged, controlled, and depressed. He bought me everything i ever wanted but for some reason never gave me the freedom i needed. Im not the most clean person on earth i get cluttery, i dont like to cook. Thats what he expected. Every day was the same thing. I just got soooo bored. He is still in love with me. I am trying my hardest to get this divorce over with. He was sneaky and i laid everything out. I expected him to do the same. I have found out that I am most happy when I am single. I honestly can say i LOVE being single im not the typical female i guess. He calls me heartless because i am honest with him and tell him i do not love him. What does he expect me to do lie? Im not trying to be mean. I did not want for anything except a peace of mind from all the possessiveness, mind control,and untrusting ways he had. Im a sag woman and have been dating a taurus for two years. I dont know what it is, but lately I have had this huge gut feeling that my boyfriend has cheated on me or something. He never acts jealous which surprisingly upsets me (considering I’m a sag I do hate being possessed, but god he could act a little protective at least). I’ve been trying to ignore this feeling, its really annoying him that I keep asking him whats up. I just cant stop wondering who he is texting or hanging out with when I’m not around. I am a 20 year old saggitarius girl who just started “officialy” dating a 20 year old taurus guy.
He is amazing, and I adore him so so much. We trust eachother completely… I think that he is a unique kind of taurus! Because unlike alot of these astrology sites which say that taurus do not like to share their feelings much… my taurus guy is very honest about how he is feeling, and he loves to travel, as well as I do. He is also very willing to please me, and is such the sweetheart.
However honestly, as a saggi, I do find my mind wandering a good bit— even though this guy is everything a girl could want. I *do* get bored *somehow* but then I just think about what a wonderful guy my taurus is and I get over it quickly… it’s like I have to give myself a quick reality check. =(
Other than that I am soooooo happy in my relationship with my taurus! I do not want to give him up and am hoping that I can completely overcome those feelings of bordome that I get because I do know that my taurus is an amazing guy.

I have been reading up on a lot of the compatibility of a Sagg woman and Taurean man and it seems as though they all say its going to be hard. It’s actually kinda scary! I am a Sagg woman with Taurean man and he treats me better than any man I have ever been with. He does whatever it takes to make me happy and he is very romantic! I am very jealouse when it comes to him, but i have never been like this. He is completely understanding and comforts me the best way he knows how. He gets jealouse but controls it because he doesnt want me to feel trapped or controlled. I am a Sag and became involved with a Taurus male that had a girlfriend. He was very honest about the relationship. He wanted me to be his outside woman. I went along with it for a while, but I just couldn’t swallow my pride, so I backed off.
He became very distant with me.
It was ok to be his outside woman but not his friend.
I miss him, because he was quite a gentleman and sexy.

Taurus Guys are “OK”. As to my opinion they do not express their feelings that often. Sometimes you wonder if they are even being honest with their partner. Characteristics that I have notice with them: they are set in their ways, mind control/games, is either their way or the highway, they would push for what they want no matter at what cost, they don’t express future plans (with partner), they are somewhat reserve. Apart from that, they seems to be pretty OK.

At first he was kind of cold and distant and i was the one who wanted commitment. just after being with him for tree months, i broke up with him and started dating another guy. I’m a Taurus girl and met a Sagg guy about 4 weeks ago, we had what I believed to be just a one nightstand and a very big drunk mistake on my behalf. I hoped to foget about the encounter quickly and never speak to him again, however, once a week I get a text from him. I reply because being a Taurus I can’t be mean to people, however, I never lead him on. A week ago I finally agreed to meet up with him and just hang out. I knew that nothing would sexual would happen due to female cirumstnaces that week, (if you know what I mean). My plan was set we were to meet up, not sleep together and I was going to be really boring and turn him off. Things went well, or at least I thought I had accomplished my mission. But guess what??? He just text me again to met up for coffee, thank god for my overdue essay, otherwise I wouldn’t know what to do or say.
The more I think about this though the more I’m intriged as to why he keeps pushing regardless of the fact that I keep pushing him away.And for some reason when he tells me storie of his life I believe none of them, I feel like everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie. Something very unsettling about this Sagg guy, not sure why!

One thing that i have noticed with sagittarius and i cant stand is that they tend to be hypocrites. No double-standards for that sign ;| the sex was amazing though and the love was deep. sooooooooooooooooooooo im a taurus girl and me and this sag guy met a my friend reeds we were both drunk and he came up to me and said somting stupid and really pissed me off he was rude, but then months later i see him in my new foriegn language class and he looked sooo familiar but i couldnt think of where i saw him then we had this instant connection wen we made eye contact, then i realized where i saw him but any ways we got each others numbers and started to text eachother every day for a few weeks, but he was very short with his responses and rude in a way very aloof, until i was at a party again and and was super intoxicated and hooked up with him.. ever since that it has been kinda wierd but i could tell we still have that intense passionate connection when ever we look and speak to each other we could see the passion burning in each others eyes but its true we are verrrry opposite beings and we dont know how to act around eachother at all were just physically soooooooooooooooo attracted to each other, it makes me insane

I’m a Taurus and my ex wife was Sagittarius, married 10yrs. Pretty much sums it up taurus and saggi didn’t mix at least for my case. When we’re in love, passion was intense and sex was OFF THE SCALE. However, she was definitely dreamer/wanted to do stuff and go place all the time, where I wanted to say home, relax and chill. Her monthly thing was going to the coast/ocean as trip which I was okay but it got very tiresome/repetitive and I couldn’t justify spending the money of often when there was other need. Camel that broke the this Taurus’s straw was she was was getting very flirty with mutual male at the time (he was Leo) and which made me mad (that’s my possessive/jealous side of bull). But as a bull I wanted to protect those I loved/cared. Unfortunately my suspicion was correct, she was cheating (found phone call/email where she was sending to). Unconditional loyalty of Taurus was broken and was one of the most painful hurts I ever felt, the betrayal (she still wouldn’t admit to yet before divorce was even finalized, she went to the coast with that same MALE FRIEND). To give her any credit, she is an awesome mom to our daughter (who is also a little taurus). I will treasure the love I had with her in piece of my heart but I have zero emotional feeling with her (honestly could care less if she dropped dead or not). Yes, taurus are stubborn as hell and sometime can be very arrogant/insensitive (most taurus are also very smart technically). But in return, you gain our trust, we will give 100% loyalty, you need anything, you need someone to call for help, for friend and loved one, WE’LL DO ANYTHING. But also don’t pissed off and get on the badside of Taurus, virtually impossible to be off the badlist, because once our mind is madeup…GOOD LUCK (I don’t data any saggi anymore, now if I can find a nice virgo).

I’m a Sagittarius and I LOVE Taurus men probably because they love the outdoors, like I do. Only thing that bothers me is that they do the same thing over again which gets boring and I like to do a variety of activities. However, I’m now eying (once again) another Taurus guy and it looks good since when both have a moon in Pisces and his venus in Gemini goes well with my mars in Libra. Wish me luck!

I am a taurus female with an aries moon and my sag guy has a taurus moon which I think balances us out. I am absolutely in love with him and I have learned to not be jealous and to trust him. If anything is true of sagittarius, they don’t lie. They don’t have to because they are just trustworthy which being a taurus was hard for me to handle. They are very outspoken and oh well so are taurus. We have learned to get along and we give each other all the freedom required and sometimes too much for me, but what can I say he is so charming and soooo hot in bed. I couldn’t agree more! I’m a Sagg and divorced a Taurus last year (good riddance!)
She convinced me to turn down the free ticket for a drop-of-a-hat trip to Australia and after the jealousy came the possessiveness and finally the abuse. She always said that if I wanted space, it meant I didn’t love her.
Turns out space was a way I loved myself!

I am a Sag woman in a relationship with a male Taurean. It really takes alot of work to maintain. And as a Sag i’m not too interested in putting forth the effort because usually my interest fades after a certain amount of time anyway, but my Taurean guy pushed for the relationship and was soo romantic and caring initially and still is, but now he’s comfortable and the relationship is starting to drag and i’m starting to get bored. We’ve been together for six months. Now, I’m the one head over heels expressing my love and he’s becoming cold and non responsiveness. Communication is so hard for us, but the sex is amazing. I’m ready to take flight but I don’t want to because he keeps me leveled and wanting to be more stable. Sag’s are known for our reckless behavior. I feel he’d be the perfect husband/father but i’m afraid I’ll end up leaving before I get a chance to find out.

I find the description and comments quite amusing! I’m a Taurus man and have been seeing a Sag female for about the last six months now. Things could not be any different from what I’m reading here.
I am very free-spirited by nature, and absolutely cannot stand to be locked in (especially in the company of a partner anyway). I need my space and freedom to do what I like - while being respectful. Generally, I’m quite flirtatious with women, not deliberately, but because I like them. When my partner sees or hears about this she, on the contrary, becomes very jealous herself. But I understand her, and think she is even cuter!
My Sag partner also is very independently minded and needs to be free-spirited, but she also needs to be comforted, to be needed and loved. Much like ANY other woman. She is also flirtatious by nature. And often I feel she puts on deliberate displays to make me jealous, or to even up the score, as she says… Sometimes it doesn’t bother me, sometimes it does, depending on what mood I’m in. It’s best that the Taurus man only let this bother him a little and NOT A LOT. That’s where jealousy’s ugly head arises, and the Taurus could become possessive and controlling.
The best thing that can make the Taurus/Sag pair work is to give each other space, and appreciate each others needs without taking it personally. And most importantly not to try and deliberately upset each other. Communication is paramount. Guys are visual and females emotional. Pretty common sense for ALL stars really. Anything contrary to this only fuels a fire that is bound to burn out.
I’d hardly call the Taurus a boring sign, as I’ve done more things that most people could imagine (both inside and outside of the bedroom)!! Sag is the same, always looking for some new and exciting experience. And that is great. Together we are a fine fit, but we also have our moments… Jealousy, lack of communication, selfishness, are just a few. Easily dealt with in an understanding and supportive relationship though.
Oh, and it has to be said. Both my partner and I agree that the sex that we have with each other is the most AMAZING INTENSE PLEASUREABLE ORGASMIC experience that we’ve both ever had. And we’ve both had our fair share of partners.

I am a taurus women and just recently I have started seeing a sagg man. I am really physically and mentally attracted to him…and yeah the sex is incredible but I think your description of saggs is true. He is very adventerous and seems like he isn’t to excited about settling down. Because of this the stubborness comes out of me and I ignore that fact and continue my advances on becoming his one and only. Obviously he is as fond of me as I am of him, which I can tell by how often he wants to spend time and just hang out as well as his action and conversations, but I understand his personally although I don’t want to realize it. I just really like this guy and hope even with all the personality differences we still can make something work other than on a sexual level.
He is so sweet n kind, manly and strong, I just want to be around him, which could be a problem since u explained how that can make a sagg feel smothered…its confusing because he’s the one asking me over! I am a Sag woman & my man is a Taurus. I can definitely see that the prediction is accurate however we are very happy together. In the very beginnng I promised that I would be faithful & honest but that I need space & could not deal with possessiveness. I feel that if I compromise a bit & remain well grounded & home when he really needs me he is in return understanding when it comes time for me to have some space.
I have had a serious relationship in the past with both another Sag as well as an Aries. On paper these are better matches & while we did have a more innate understanding of each others needs nothing compares to the love & devotion that my Taurus shows me.

okie, i am a sag, and ive been with a taurus for about two weeks and i have to say, he’s not like most, im bisexual and ive been with a taurus girl before, and it didnt work out. i am the COMPLETE def. of a saggi, but i am also defensive, possessive adn get very jealous, very easily.. we had our second fight yesterday, but it was one of those good fights where both of you throw everything that uve been holding inside on the table. there was yelling, trust me, but it was respectful opionative yelling (mostly me) while the other person sat there and listened. our relationship is also long distance and so it makes it a little more harder, but we are both very willing to make this work, and i am glad. i love the fact that he always wants to know what im up too, it shows he cares about me and wants to look out for me. i think we’ll last because he loves all of me and makes me actually feel good about myself, and trust me, when i say something like ‘hey, lets go to peru’, he’ll be like already on his way to get the plane tickets! and, yesh, the sexual intentions and such are… welll… satisfying!

I (a Sag female) shared a relation with a Taurus guy for 1 and a half year. I agree with all the things I read here coz I too have experience the same. He was boring though that didn’t keep me from getting closer to him. In the beginning he came across as very romantic, loving & very very sweet chap. The sex part was great. We enjoyed it a lot together but he used to force me to get physical even at those times when I didn’t want it. He was kind of addicted to it. Was stingy. Demanding & trying to take control of my life. A mamma’s boy. He never respected my feelings. Though for a year or so it seemed very beautiful it ended with him abusing me & my mother just because I broke up with him. It hurt his male ego.

I stopped talking to him for months at a time, but then either him or I talk again, and all the feelings i’ve had with him comes back and hits me. It’s like a repeat we argue ALOT except..we both have feelings for eachother and he says sooo many sweet things. But then when I think about going back with him or to kiss him. I can feel that it would just end up the same things as it always does. We would end up calling eachother names and brake it off. But then 5 months or so later..Same thing starts again. i am a taurus female. sure the thing says are true but i am very happy about my sag man. he is indeed very adventurous and outgoing. but he shows me respects and loves me. he and i both need our personal spaces. if he gets annoying i walk away (although he tries to catch up) and if he gets annoyed i’ll give him time. he is not the jealous type that is true. i try not to get jealous but i usually push it aside and move on. i’ve been going on with him for 5 months now. so this relationship can work if one changes for the other a little bit.

I am a female sag who has an off an on again relationship with a Taurus . Needless to say at this moment its off. We both have this undying love for each other but can’t get along. He doesn’t pay me enough attention when I go out he swears that I cheated . I do admit that I have done my share of dirty but so has he our relationship is just a mess. i am a sagittarius girl have been seeing a taurus man for the last six months on and off. I do have to say that physically this taurus holds my attentions better than any other guy I have been with, I find myself thinking about him all the time and on rare occasion getting a little jealous (which is veryyy odd), however intellectually we are not on the same level. Emotionally he does have a very hard time opening up, and being a sagg I have the tendency to be blunt and open if something bothers me which can be hard on him. He generally treats me very well and will buy me the world if i asked him but material things can only hold a sagg girls’ interest for a limited time. He is a charmer and we both do our share of flirting and seeing other people. With what seems like a mess of a situation really isn’t, we both admit that we love each other, and after spending time apart realized each others’ value, but THERE ARE SO MANY DIFFERENCES. This is a question about initiating a relationship between a Sag female and a Taurus male. I’m a Sagicorn girl, who for once in my life, is interested in a Taurus man; and also for once in my life, I feel that I am initially looking for something long term with him. He had been in my circle of friends for a long while before I really recognized I had a desire for him. Looking back, he seemed to be flirting with me, and I remember being jealous at his good friendship with another girl. It is unsettling for me to like him so strongly because I don’t know how to charm him. I know how to charm the one-nighter, but definitely not someone who I am serious about. I am very self-conscious, and if I don’t get positive feedback right away, I lose footing, and usually run away. He is very reserved with his emotions, which scares me, but also entices me to discover them. I am debating whether or not to make my feelings known to him, or to let him decide if he wants to come after me. Mind you, he has never had a gf, so I don’t think he KNOWS how to make a first move. But he has been asking me to hang out more and more, so this could be a version of getting to know me better—whether it’s as friends or romantically, I haven’t got a clue!
Sorry if I haven’t got advice to other questions. But there is nothing mentioned here about initiating a relationship with a Taurus. I want him to be the man and make a move, but I also want to just lay my cards on the table and make sure he knows I’m interested.

By the way, Jeremy, I think your post is so sweet, and funny! As a Sag girl, I have had experiences being bored in every relationship, friendship, family, school, and work settings I have ever been in. I think restlessness just comes with the territory, and that’s why I always carry a book or a notebook so, at the very least, I can let my mind wander. I know many Taureans to be charming, and therefore, entertaining, so conversation could be a good distraction. Taureans have a tendency to be self-centered in conversation, either by dominating it, or relating every point to themselves. Ask her about an experience and help her analyze it, without probing too much! As for activities, I think a compromise can be very easy. If Taureans want to stay home, try doing something spontaneous in the home. Sags are usually attracted to the unconventional, mostly I think because it fully occupies them for a while. So, if you have a backyard, set up a sort of bonfire to have hot cocoa around and enjoy the night outdoors. You could play a game with a TV show, like trying to predict something, etc. Even something as simple as a board game keeps me happy for hours. Also, I think Sags love food as much as Taureans are supposed to, so cooking together with my partner has always been fun for me. Often I feel restless, but once I pick up and get way out in the city, I get irritated at myself for leaving the comfort of home, and go straight back! Hahaha!!

Several times I have seen the word “bored” in this forum, and like every Sagittarius woman, I abhor the word. However, people who admit to experiencing boredom should not blame their incompatibility with heir partner but instead, themselves. As Sagittarius women, we take life by the reins and control it. We create our own paths and shape our own fortunes. When we are met with roadblocks like in work and in our very own relationships, we should automatically take control instead of waiting for less than satisfactory events to unfold before our eyes. Therefore, if you are bored in a relationship then why don’t you either look for someone else or spice things up? If you want to see results then you must create them.
Maybe it’s just me and maybe I’m some sort of different Sagittarius, or maybe my boyfriend is some sort of different Taurus, but I can honestly say that this is the best relationship I’ve been in and I know it will remain that forever as I plan on staying. Everything just seems so easy, we talk about the future constantly, do the coolest most adventurous things, talk about every single aspect of our lives even our feelings. My boyfriend is the least jealous person I know in this whole world, I have a billion guy friends and he’s perfectly fine with me going out with them or just going out in general. He knows I value my space and I know that he dies his too therefore we have reached a compromise. We even have a great fighting style – yes, I am THAT happy, I absolutely love the way we fight. Admittedly, we are not perfect and of course, there is always room for improvement, but in our case, that room is of a miniature size.
Ultimately, though some of the things that come from horoscopes are true but we must all remember to take everything with a grain of salt. One person might not be compatible with another not because of their sign but just because of their personalities as a whole. We are a conglomerate of experiences and lessons that we encounter through our lives and this ultimately makes us who we are. Couples can have compatible zodiac signs but without similar outlooks or attitudes concerning life, principles, hopes and dreams, then they just might as well avoid being in a relationship.

I am a sagittarius male who is in love with a Taurus male! He seems to be interested in me and he likes to spend time with me, but sometimes he just becomes so formal, or cold, it’s difficult to figure out what’s on his mind. I kind of attacked him about two days ago demanding that he was more of himself with me, that he would trust me more, that he would be a bit more honest. He just back away. I had to apologize. As soon as I apologized however, he forgave me and acted like nothing even happened. So I decided to allow him to be in control, to allow him to take it slow if he wants, and to be formal if he wants to. I just love him so much, I don’t know what to do. I wish we could just make out one day and start a relationship, but he is too careful with me. If I decide to let him go, he becomes very sad. So I don’t understand what the heck he wants. I guess I need to learn patience and just chill when I’m around him.

I’m in the nascent stages of a relationship with a Taurus male(25), and am a Sag female(30), and I have to agree with Sarah T above. I think that if you’re a Sag girl and you’re bored, you’re maybe not being inventive or proactive enough. Personally speaking my guy is endlessly amusing and also hilarious, and I can and do talk to him for hours at a time. That being said though, I am not subject to boredom often and I chalk that up to being an only child who had to entertain herself since childhood.
(I am also pretty optimistic about the sex, he stokes quite the fire in me.)

So yeah.. I have been in this relationship before and it was so boring.
At first I liked that he was quiet, shy and polite. He was sweet at times but never talked much. I thought he was my type. He was no where near spontaneous and exciting. He was this boring potato that I dragged around for 6 months.
Sparks fly in the beginning but after 6 months I finally realized that the relationship was going no where. I hated him after 5 months but I held on for another month. Inside I had a small hope that maybe it’s me and not him and I was just thinking negatively and he was the one. I was wrong turns out the reason why he was getting boring was because he had another girl in his mind. I thought it was a small crush like he was a little bit attracted to so I thought it would be silly to get worked up on. He broke up with me for her and now that I looked back I was the one who did most of the talking. I felt bad dragging him along be my side and this was probably his worst relationship ever.
3 months later after our break we avoid each other.
Then I meet a new guy. He talks a lot and is always happy. He’s my best friend and I am beginning to like him. He’s making the moves and I feel like a lady instead of a guy. We flirt a lot. We’ve been friends for a while now say… 3 years? He’s a good kid. But I’m afraid it won’t work out. I’ll just have to wait and see.

Yeah, at the start of the relationship I actually thought this taurus man was a God sent! Now, six years later I cry every night. To all you Real Sag woman out there.. you know that feeling you’ve always had.. constant faith and hope that things will work out for the better? I just met a sag guy about 3 weeks ago. I found myself thinking of him when he wasn’t around & wondering what it would be like spending time with him. He confided in me that he felt the same. He is very decisive & strong willed. I love it!! He is adventuresome, but has traveled most of his life so he is ready to start thinking along the lines of settling down : ) It is clear we will need to take our time & develop this into something we both can be proud of, but that is with any relationship. When he speaks to me i believe what he says. He seems to me to be the most sincere person i have ever met. We enjoy each others company with & without the kids around, with whom he happens to get along wonderfully with. I can be thinking of him & wishing he were with me & he will out of the blue send me a text saying that he misses me. It’s very sweet. I don’t know what the future holds for us, but I’m willing to make an honest effort to work through any of the differences mentioned above that we may experience along he way. The brother has a job, goals, isn’t afraid of hard work, is very sweet to me, & interacts superbly with my kids. Girl bye, he is definitely a keeper!!!

Well im a taurus girl and ive been friends with this sagitarrius guy for about a yr now, I met him on fb and we exchanged numbers and became phone buddys, which is funny because when he 1st kalled i had no intentiions on staying in touch with him- not that i didnt like him but i didnt see any real connection. Jus 3 wks ago i ended up moving to his city/state and we finally met up and i must say everything about him turns me on!!
Hes soo spontanious and fun and sexy to be around. We have yet to explore eachother completely but i jus know itll be GREAT lol. Im a male Taurus and im dating girl Saggitarius…Im her first serous boyfriend she has. At the moment im at the point that i really dont know what to do… it annoys me very much that she always has a lot of stuff to do and in the end actualy doesnt finish any of those as it should. Moreover doing all of those things, she just forgets about me and we see each other 1-2 times during the week. I feel its very little for me and i dont feel complete. When we are together …huh its great,i make her laugh,smile i make her happy give her advices for every problem she has…. and she does all the same for me.
