It’s OK; It's the time of the Gemini's!
I am a Gemini and I have to say for the most part I enjoy being one. It isn't always easy, people tend to want to squash your childish ways and make you adhere to their more sensible ones. This is both annoying and hard to understand. People always want Gemini to grow up! A common misconception is that Geminian's are two faced. This does annoy me so as it is my belief that being two faced is a common fault in a lot of people. We are not two faced; we merely like to talk … a lot!! The fact is we are more than one person. And more than two. The best person I can use to describe this is the Actor Johnny Depp, as he is a Gemini. I don't think acting comes that hard to him; he is simply accentuating all his own characteristics and exaggerating them into different characters. Thus we have one of the all time great actors. Not that I am taking his acting ability away from him you understand, just simply applying astrology to it. He has chosen the right career for his sign, something that would be nice for us all! It is not because I am one myself; I just enjoy watching Gemini people. They seem to stand out more than most signs. The easiest way to tell a Gemini is not in a child's playground, as children are meant to be playful. It is middle aged people whom are supposed to be mature and responsible. The Gemini adult is the one who is still being less conventional, still laughing in the wrong places, getting great joy out of embarrassing their children (which is awful as we know how it is to be a shy and embarrassed child) and basically has a child like charm about them and an annoying youthful look. Of course other signs can look youthful, but not in quite the same elfish way as Gemini. Oh and another thing about us Gemini's, we often start something knowing 100% what it is going to be about, then when we read back through we discover that not one word was as planned. This Blog was meant to be about the next month, and how it belongs to the sign of the Gemini. Still, maybe some of you will be able to sift through my ramblings and make some sense of it. And I bet I'll know who those will be!

I’m a Pisces with Gemini Rising I can relate. I think the sun sign has more to do with the events that happen in ones life than with personality. The rising denotes the face you should to the world and how you act in regards to the events that are dealt to you. But I love my Gemini influence it makes me appear younger and have great ease in intellectual conversations. What makes a Gemini appear two face is the multiple choices that always appear in their lives until they make what I call the Great choice and choose to stick with one.

Uh…My sun sign is Gemini as well as my moon. I have a lot of gemini friends and they often say that I’m the most geminiest girl:) haha…not sure if it’s a good thing though(but i know i’m kinda pround of it….)Anyways, I do find myself always hesitated making decisions, like restaurants, movies, travel plans, etc. Some people just can’t stand it and go crazy…oh….well….guess they just have to get over themsleves(just kidding) I’d like to know if you Becky have the same character as well and how do you manage it.
Also, is it possible for a gemini and an aquarius to be back together again if they broke up a few years ago?

Do you know I had forgotton I had done this post! I will be doing more Gemini articles from today onwards.
My moon sign is Libra so although I am not as Gemini as you I am still very airy. I can change my mind almost instantly and can also feel quite a few different emotions at the same time, which can be very annoying!! I do hesitate at making plans too and have also been known to drive people crazy!
As for the Aquarius, I guess that all depends on why you broke up in the first place and whether you both think it deserves another go. I tried it with my ex Aquarius years after we had split, but that didn’t work out. But never say never..that’s what I say!!

“Always nice to meet other Geminis.”…OMG…I Couldn’t agree more because we are “no doubt” interesting peeps. I think it’s so creative of you to put title “Here Comes Gemini!!” When I first saw it, I even added it ” Here comes gemini, so brace yourself!!” -(well….some people probably think I’m too much…oh..well…)
I broke up with my Aqua ex a couple years ago because my family insisted me to move back home so we’re seperated to two different countries. We’re together for 3 years and he still showed interest in me until mid last year before he started dating his current gf. I emailed him and told him I miss the time we had together (we’recollege sweethearts:)) and wanna hang out with him as friends. he kinda became distance and told me he and his gf are serious. I feel kinda hurt because I thought we had a lot memories together and he still had interest in me until last year….Oh well…aquarius is unpredictable about relationship I guess. I’d like us to have second chance as we didn’t plan to break up before and we both have grown a lot the past 2-3 years so I think we’ll have a great relationship together in the future. However, now he has gf…maybe I should just leave it and not bug him??

Hello from Indiana. I have some questions for you: I have been close friends with a Gemini women friend. I am also a female. She always told me that I was the one person she could always trust, and knew her better than anyone. Of course she comes from a different background then me. (I am also a scorpio.) I’m one of those scorpio’s who is the very loyal type. Well all of a sudden my Gemini friend ignores my calls occassionally emails me. We use to tex message all the time.Hardly ever does she. She’s very insecure and I’m very out going and laid back. I understand her dual personality which use to drive me crazy. But I finally figured that one out lol…She’s decided she needs to put as she says “herself first.” Her moods can change faster than taking a breathe. We have not seen each other for 6 months. We’ve been to Europe and Bermuda together. It’s like she is trying to control our friendship.She tells my friends how she can always count on me. But all of a sudden she doesn’t seem to want to see me. It’s like if she does see me things will be the same. It’s like a game she is playing. I’m a very patient person and she is not.She told me in her last email sometimes she felt quilty and selfish but she needs to put herself first now. Her mother doesn’t like me and they both clash quite often.She always wanted to be involved in everything and loves to voice her opinion. It’s like she gets something in her head and never lets it go. It is obvious she has never had a close friend. She doesn’t seem to trust people. She’s been married 3 times and when she is dating someone she always thru me on the back burner until she had a problem.I am a very strong person quite different than her. But it’s like she thinks she is in control of her life and I know she isn’t.And she emailed me this:she was sorry it wasn’t what I wanted to hear, but she needs to put herself first.I’ve listen to her rant and rave over the last three years. I use to take it personal put I researched Gemini women personality and she has a definite dual personality. We’ve had words before but she has used me as a shoulder to lean on and has told me she was sorry. I keep thinking she will snap out of this but she seems to be pushing me away. How do I handle this Mrs/Ms Gemini? What do I do? Do I back off or is this friendship over? She has all the Gemini characteristics.I’m baffled about all this. For a Gemini/Scorpio friendship this sounds quite normal I’m afraid. Gemini girls are a bit crazy and really don’t see things the same way is you and this will and has driven you mad. I too had a very very close friend who was a Scorpio and it never went smoothly. The thing is Scorpio Women can be a little controlling, and Gemini’s hate being controlled. Gemini girls as you rightly said have no common sense at all and Scorpios have loads of it. She needs you but she needs you at a distance some of the time. But I wouldn’t say the friendship was over at all.
They can be very selfish and yes when a guy comes a long friendships, no matter how important, do tend to take a back burner. The thing is they really don’t mean to be so annoying, and they know they are and this leads to them hurting quite a bit inside. It sounds like your Gemini friend hasn’t tried to grow up all that much, perhaps she has conflicting signs in her chart or Chinese Sign.
The simple fact is if it is you she goes to then she loves you, leave her to it, Geminis hate being ignored and if she values your friendship she will come running. Just treat her like a friend and don’t try giving her advice there is no point, she will only ever listen to herself.

I keep forgetting this post is here it is in need of re-writing..badly!!
If you read ‘my randomness’ page all my dates etc are there but I was born 15th June..yes they can be very different. If they are born in May or the beggining of June then they will have more Taurus characterisitcs, giving the Gemini a less dizzy approach at life. If they are born towards the end of June then they will take on more Cancerian qualities..
My Fiance’s birthday is the 25th January.

that is really true, cause im born may 25th, and I feel Aquarius relationships normally form with gemini’s born in june. I have alot of friends who are june gemini’s and have relationships with Aquarius’s. Not many May Gemini’s are common with Aquarius. Just an observation. Do you agree?

I know more than 9 Gemini people! all born in june:P we get along great, and they are so curious and fun! we learn all sorts of things together and laugh about the same things! ,only one of them acts very selfish and weird with me. I wonder way , maybe she was born in may and I forgot or something 0.0 !!!
I’ve often heard That geminis have double personalities or double faced, is that true for all? Personally I’ve never noticed that

Yes Gemini’s have many personalities and can switch from one to the next so quickly noone would notice, it is something that is a curse and a blessing. I believe that everyone human being has it within them to be ‘two faced’ but people assume that Gemini’s are like this because their symbol is that of two faces or ‘twins’. In my experience Gemini are no more two faced than anyone else…Weird and wonderful..yes.

Im a gemini and I was born on June 16. I know this probably sounds like a wierd question…but does that make me very very geminian since its in the middle of june?
Also I have a 2yr. old Son who is a scorpio and he is already so much more mature than I am and seems to get annoyed with my imaturity.Also its funny that you used the word elfish…because I have had many people tell me that I have an elfish quality about me.

Thanks for your comment. Well your birthday is one day after mine!! Actually where we are in the month it means that we are very Geminian but as Cancer comes into play on the 22nd June we also have some Cancerian traits too, which isn’t a bad thing!! It means that we will be more understanding of others and not be quite as superficial!!
I can quite believe that about your son. Scorpios do tend to look at us with a funny look, I had a very good Scorpio friend and she was forever telling me off etc hence the fact I ‘had’ a Scorpio friend!

How refreshing… I can to my own conclusion about us Gemini’s and the superficial two-faced thing. I tend to have two types of personalities which allow me to be an actress one minute, and then a serious writer the next. This is not the same as a two-faced person. We have dual personalties. The true meaning of two-faced is deceitfulness, treachery, even hypocritical. Us Gemini’s are intellectuals and often deal with many interests.We are communicators loving to talk, and devoted deep down inside. It’s a misconception just because we are cast that image of two bodies. We are much to playful that we may seem two-faced, but if this is defined correctly we are hardly treacherous. We can be cunning and crafty when need-be, but not the former.It is quite a clichè, and I personally skip over all the old fashioned labels, and people believing us to be two-faced people.

I being a Gemini and very proud of it have to tell you that most of the reason I’ve ever been perceived as 2 faced was because of being able to see and understand both sides of any conflict. Therefore, once in a while one or both parties of the conflict have seen me as 2 faced. But of course being Gemini I have usually been able to explain each side to those parties and by the end of it all there is no longer a conflict.

I am a may gemini with a moon in aquarius. The conflict is however, my rising sign is in Cancer, so I appear quite nurturing. My venus is also in Cancer, so I can be quite intense in relationships. I have a feeling allure, but I am extreamly mental. Aquarius tells cancer she’s stupid for caring and Gemini tends to forget what cancer cared about just a min ago.
I have learned to reconcile the water/air combination by having frequent converstions with my many sides until we all agree. Then I have to keep reminding gemini about the agreement. LOL!
My best friend was a water sign and sad to say after many many years we are no longer friends, because she took so many things over the years personal without even telling me. By the time she told me how she felt(many years later)I couldn’t remember any of the incidents.
Geminis tend to forget not because they don’t care, but because they live moment to moment. This is why it seems they get over relationships so quickly. They don’t toil over their own hurts let alone someone else’s.
I have learned to tune in and REALLY linger in the feeling department longer to make sure I take to heart the feelings of others. It has really helped. I remember things better too.
The next thing I am trying to work on is remembering people’s names. Is that a Gemini thing too???

I was born on June 9th. I’ve had two relationships with two aquarian men born on the same day. Both relationships lasted two years were intense, fun and committed but they both ended the same way…they went back to their exes. Currently, there is another aquarian chasing after me but he has a different birthday Jan 31st. However, I don’t think I want to go through this again. I will have fun for a few weeks and then move on.

I have lived with a gemini my entire life (my sisters a gemini) And I think they are CRAZY!!!! I actually hate them.. okay I dont truly hate them but I do a bit. If you ask around many people say “Oh NO!” when they hear someone is a gemini. My experience with gemini’s is that they are EXtremley intelegent, use this to manipulate!!!!, dont give a fuck! They do what they believe is right, but they do have an interest in social justice. But oh my god!!!! their temper… its terrible and can drive a person nuts!

agreed scorpions can be controlling.But, as i am sure you will confirm yourself, prehaps this is the attraction of a scorpio to an airheaded (your words)gemini when the insecure, child like gemmini is dominant.
In keeping with the honesty in which you write this site,i feel this was not a peek and trough friendship as you suggest and its demise was far more complex that your scorpio friends astrological traits.I am surprised to see you seemingly mocking what was a very important relationship to you.

Hi! Just found this exciting site and I love every second of it while reading the articles. I’m also a Gemini-born in May23, year of the Dragon. I always check a lot of horoscopes sites and compatibility charts already and it always says, I should not and be in relationship with people born under Year of the Dog because it’s not compatible at all. I have a bf of 6yrs already, and he’s has a Taurus/Dog Sign… We have clashes sometimes but reconciled right away but it really bothers me and always making me sad that the Sun says…we are not compatible with each other
and we are the “worst enemies” of the signs…any enlightenment? Thanks.

What do you think of a Cancer-Gemini and Gemini-Cancer cusp relationship? Myself, born on the 22nd of June ‘83′; and he was born on the 19th of June ‘84′??? I can’t find this anywhere, thanks! As an Aquarius, I love you Geminis. I don’t try to change people and have been accused of that by some Gemini. I speak my mind. I am open minded and am perfectly happy to agree to disagree with people. I don’t know. Sometimes I think you Gemini have it in your head people want you to change, and sometimes, I think it’s true. It’s probobly 50/50. I wouldn’t know not being a Gemini, but for being very good listeners, sometimes Gemini men don’t listen very well. You Gemini women aren’t bad at all though, Bestie is a Gemini. ^_^ Well overall I love you guys male and female. This month hasn’t started off too well for me…. Not my month for sure. I was born June 3rd 1987. And so in the Chinese zodiac this would make me born in the year of the rabbit. How does that affect my sign? and am I very gemini??? Also I don’t get along with anyone in my family. My mom is june 23, 1959. My dad is feb 20 year of the monkey. My little brother is May 30, 1996 and I CANNOT STAND HIM! My sis is also june 23 1985. Can you please tell me the compatibility of me and my family and also compatible signs like year of the goat gemini or something like that?? My whole family suffered a lot Domestic violence and the brunt of it fell on me. It sounds as though this may be the result of my kind-hearted Rabbit sign?? Lol, I’m hearing a TON about Scorpio’s and Gemini’s not getting along, but what about when your Sun sign is a Gemini and moon is a Scorpio? Guess I don’t always get along with myself, haha. I do have quite Gemini like traits, but all my friends say that every other Gemini they met they hated and thought was “two-faced”. I’m on a cusp though, between Gemini and Taurus (I was even supposed to be born Taurus but was born 10 days late) Regardless of that though, I’m cheeky and love to talk, and as such I shall now continue to ramble, lol. Considering my Scorpio self though, being my moon sign, which I’ve heard the moon sign is the inner self and the Sun being the outer self, or rather the part of oneself we allow others to see, I’m shy and withdrawn depending on the situation. I’ve heard Scorpio’s are fiercely loyal when it comes to people they love and have a enigmatic side, being rather emotional and misunderstood. Parts of me are like that, others not so much. It’s weird, sometimes my Gemini multiple sides have conversations with my Scorpio self, lol. They don’t always get along (all 3-9 of them) but they try. Another odd thing is that every male, or nearly every guy who’s flirted with me or admitted attraction has been a Cancer. At least 4 guys I know, all of them good friends have been solid Cancers, with one being a Gemini/Cancer cusp. Another theme is that every single one of them, despite their attraction to me and mine to them, they had something hold them back. One is in a rocky relationship, another isn’t ready for one with anyone, another turns out to be gay (even though he was attracted to me at the time, we’re also still really good friends) and another is a little younger then I am and just got through a break up.
More rambling, lol, I actually have some questions too if anyone wants to answer them. Do Gemini females in general just plain act flirtatious with out knowing it? I’ve been told I apparently lead guys on at times and I don’t think of myself as flirtatious in the slightest. The Cancer whom I was came closest to being in a relationship in (my first relationship ever) told me that because I’m not trying to lead guys on, I tend to anyway, especially because I’m oblivious almost to a fault on a guys advance, unless they all out compliment my looks or something. Other then that I’m “Deeerp” about a guy hitting on me which rarely happens anyway, lol. Any other May born Gemini’s get anything like this? Both the Cancer attraction, yet somehow it never happening and also being flirtatious and attracting people with out realizing it.
One thing is for sure, I LOVE to talk, but I don’t gossip, at least I don’t think I do, lol. I certainty find things funny at all the wrong times and giggle when no one gets what’s absolutely hilarious to me. The Scorpio side though makes me very logical and serious at other times though. People often hate how obvious I make something seem when they thought it was a complicated matter, or how my logic goes into any situation, even those that weren’t supposed to be logical (such as ranting about anatomy and functions of a technically fictional creature, lol).
