Aquarius And Taurus
This pair will go quite well, for a short amount of time. The compatibility between these two is limited due to their totally different ways of approaching life. The Taurus can suffer from jealousy, to be fair a lot of us can suffer with the green eyed monster, but you see, not the Aquarius. They don’t do jealousy or confinement. An Aquarius lover will happily let their Taurus partner go out for the night without any questioning on their return other than “did you have a good time?” This can lead to frustration on the part of the Taurus as they may feel their Aquarius doesn’t care.
It’s the fact that these two are both unconventional types of people that may hold them together a bit longer than if they were not. However, to make this work, their need’s to be a lot of understanding. Both Taurus and Aquarius are set in their ways. Well, actually the Aquarius just believes that he/she is right in every situation and also has no faults, (that is their opinion may I add), whereas the Taurus DOES have the capacity to change a little, but probably won’t. What’s the word I’m looking for? oh that’s it, they are both annoyingly STUBBORN!!!
I have known a lot of couples in my time, but actually never one that combines both of these signs. I’m sure it does happen but the prognosis isn’t good. They will probably meet and recognise almost instantly that they are not suited in love. Friendship, though, is always a good place to be with either of these two. Plus, if you are a Taurus who has some strong feeling for an Aquarius, I may add that Aquarius’s make ideal friends, who will ALWAYS be there if you need them. Perhaps the better choice for you my lovely Taurus.

Considering this purely from a Sun sign perspective you are probably correct. However, I know from personal experience that some Sun Aquarians and some Sun Taureans can be a good match. I lived happily for 33 years with a Sun Taurus, until he died. (I am Sun Aquarian). We had disagreements and a few serious ones - but so do all couples.
Such a lot depends on the rest of the chart - Mercury, Venus, Moon, ascendant.
Many Sun Taureans have planets in Gemini which help compatibility with Aquarius. An Aquarius, Gemini, or Libra Moon too would help, as would Moon or ascendant in a Fire sign. There are so many possibilities.
I think it’s a shame to discount a potentially loving relationship on Sun sign alone.
It’s true that not all Sun Taureans would get along with all Aquarians. In my own case the ruler of my Sun, Uranus is in Taurus, which may have been very significant, and I suspect he had Aries ascending which matched my own Aries Moon.
Yes I agree! The rest of the chart is of the upmost importance. And of course any sign has the capacity to have a good relationship..it’s just that the chances of it being an “easier than average” one is different I think. However, you obviously formed a huge bond with your partner and you both made it work. I will be writing about the other planets and their affect’s but I had to start somewhere

I don’t even know if I will get a response to this but I am a sun taurus woman and just got out of a unexpectedly “short” relationship with a sun aquarius man. I think u hit home on them. My story is somewhat long but to make it short…the aqua knew I wasn’t interested in him (mostly because of past relationship issues), I didn’t want anything to do with him especially since he planned on moving out of state, I said we can be friends to him cuz distance won’t work…but oh no…he was so convinced he’d prove me wrong and it would work…somehow with his constant pursuing, reassurance with actions that matched his words, and intelligence…I opened up and let him in and my guard dropped. He was soooo infatuated so in love and even said he loved me just to become a coldhearted distant short with words baffoon…he is VERY STUBBORN, is ALWAYS right even when he KNOWS for a fact he’s wrong, and me as a taurus can be just as stubborn so talkin to him and he to I was like 2 bricks facing each other. I’m willing to compromise but mr.aqua wouldn’t compromise if it saved his life. If I mention anything emotional even now, NO RESPONSE..DEAD SILENCE..NADA! I now know it was all MIND GAMES… 2 bad for me I now have to try to get over this otherwise perfect gentleman that entered n2 my life….in summation TAURUS+AQUARIUS= NOOOO DON’T DO IT! MAYDAY! Thanks for your comment. Yes, people have a lot of problems with the Aquarius males..have you read my post about them? I agree with everything you say, except the mind games bit. I don’t believe they play mind games they just seem like they do, but they really don’t. It takes a lot of patience and compromise to be with one of these guys..(I have one myself) The “ALWAYS RIGHT” part is bang on the money..it’s very frustrating I agree. And no they hate to show how they feel, or rather, can’t. And find it most confusing when people ask them to explain themselves. Bless. Go get yourself another Earth sign or perhaps try a Water sign, far more suited to you Miss Taurus.

I am an aquawoman and I just got out of a relationship with a taurus and I have to say that our relationship was actually very solid. He was stubborn but at the same time incredibly understanding: He knew that some days I liked to be by myself and in general he gave me a lot of leeway which was perfect because I do not like to feel like I’m tied down. The only thing I found particularly challenging was that he was very passive and did not like change while i on the other hand thrive on debate. So I felt like a very important, argumentative, intellectual aspect of me was constantly being suppressed. The relationship can be very fun and if both people are somewhat reasonable it is actually a good match. It might have helped that we are both year of the horse but yeah, just thought I’d share for anybody who’s looking at an aqua/taurus match.

Mehreen, I am muslim and an aqua girl as yourself, and its true that we dont believe in such things as natal charts, predictions, and zodiac compatibilities, But personalities and trats are totaly different. It only helps You understand the person before You, in a way You’d never think of. For instance if he does anything unusual in your relationship You can find the answer by looking up his taurus persona. Arranged marriages are a littel risky since You dont completley know each other, reading about his and your personality might help You when no one else can.

You cant deny that the resemblence between people’s behaviours that are born under the same month are becouse of the shared zodiac sign, thus the same principles and same aspirations and moodswings,not to mention the moments where You think they are acting weird not knowing its their zodiac influences. I get along very well with my best friend Valerie. She’s a bull. And I was surpise when they say Taurus and Aquarius is a hard one. My friend and I been friends since 9th grade and we are in our mid twenties. We understand that we are different and that is ok with us. She understands me, and I understand her. And what great about our relationship is our differences. Even though we are day and night on some subjects, personality. For exsmaple: I can come across really cold and detach. And she can be all wrapped up with her feelings. Which annoys me sometimes, because problems that were not her problems to begin with, are her problems, because she gets invovled. And that worries me and she knows that. We are also the same in many ways.
I will admit, I wish she take the lead sometimes. In our relationship she follows my lead all the time. Or it hard for her to make desicon, where it takes me no time at all. To Mehreen YOU CANNOT basic your relationship on star signs. The important things in a relationship of any kind. You need to understand each other and their differences. If you have hard time understanding or comping with their differences the relationship will not work. One must accpet each other’s makeup. And you need to COMMUCATE well with them, if you can’t do that, there cannot be a relationship.
So even though it says for exsmaple “Aries and Aquarius get along” Doesn’t mean their going to get along. Everyone, of every sign acts differently. For me I get along with people who are level-headed, forcus, know who they are, down to earth, are mature, strong willed, intense. I rarely get along with losers, people who are immature, weak. Drive me away.

I have friend who lives in Germany, we get along. But what he hates about me. Is that I am so unperidiable, he over analzies trying to understand me, and that drives me mad, but we can still be friends. Because I tolorate his over anazying, because I have accepted that he is the way he is, and I can’t change him. As he cannot change me. (Even though he tries really hard to mole me into his version what I should be) But it doesn’t work, for I will stand my ground and put him in his place. (Which is kinda funny, because he is 50 years old and I am in my twenties.:p )

If you just met each other. Take things slow, if you go to her, take a step back and have her come to you. Don’t let your emotions overwelm you, or you might just scared her off. Have your emotions in check and don’t let them blind you either. As with you, you are just learning about each other.
How to make this works, depends on the girl and well you can handel the parts of her that really annoy you. And the same will be with her. If you can accept each other for your differences, it will work out.

Hi Taurus male with great Aqua female! Works great has been for years, and more to come, we’re getting married. The long and short, we are from different cultures and we are both exceptional in our educations, professional, and creative lives. I am extremely stubborn and pragmatic-she comes from a communist country, seems to work because of that. Big Plus is the LOVE and the LOVE MAKING (Wild). We are very happy but have conflicts often. However with each conflict we get closer and better off. We are both very flexible so that helps. We are also competitive fighters so we spar often that probably helps-by the way she’s a good fighter and catches me off guard pretty often (ie. she can kick my ass).
It makes me sad that Taurus women and Aquarius men do get along in matters of the heart. Some of my most memorable loves have been Aquarius. That being said it is true. We are not a good pair. For instance the Aquarius man that I was dating was very infatuated with me in the beginning of our relationship. However, as time passed he became disenchanted. According to him I was nice but not very fun or talkative. Go figure lol. I’ve never felt so judged or unsure of myself in my life. We are still friendly, because as everyone knows Aquarius men value friendship. But it is still awkward. At least on my part. Aquarius individuals are awesome. I’m an aquarian and I have always been in love with a taurean female, its the little things she does that made me notice her, we used to date back in college but unfortunately things didn’t work out because I must admit I was crazy and confused back then, I was unsure of how she felt towards me because it was very hard for me to read her mind and then one day I just gave up and walked away just so I won’t hurt her and I felt like I didn’t deserve her at all. Thank you for your comment. I don’t believe that astrology can map out a persons fate, and that is why I stay well clear of predictions as I think it can ruin peoples lives. My interest in astrology is purely because the planets do affect us, who we are and how we come across to others. What I have written on this site thus far is purely and simply based upon a persons Sun sign. Obviously there is always a lot more going on in one’s chart, and sometimes other influences can over ride the Sun’s influence almost completely.
Yes, of course the enviroment we live in has a huge effect on who we are as people, for instance, different signs react differently to different way’s of life etc. If you took two people with the exact same birth charts and placed each of them in contrasting enviroments they would both react differently to that. I hope this makes sense, I’ve only just woken up !!!
