Roosters are a tad on the vain side. And do like to let everyone know where it was they purchased their latest buy. And of-course it will be from the best shop! To them how you appear to others is one of the most important things in life and this is apparent in the way they dress and behave. Roosters however, do not need people’s applause like the Monkey. They have amazing bounce-back-ability with anything that comes there way in life. You won’t see these people soaking too many hankies over what could have been they simply get on with the rest of their lives.
There are no brick walls standing in front of the Rooster. If the Rooster wants to do something whether it’s climb Mount Everest or learn how to fly a fighter jet, he will. Simple as that. Nothing can stand in the Roosters way. They are very hard, determined people. Rooster people also don’t like being told what to do, and the reason for that is that they like to be boss. They like to run the show, and if they don’t then they soon will. People step aside for the Rooster, their simply isn’t another option.
Creativity comes easy to the Rooster people. But although they may have hobbies to this end they very rarely make a career out of it. The Rooster is no fool and knows how to make money and playing the flute isn’t the best way. So they will choose a job which will give them security and a good pension rather than be bohemian and live off the fruits of their art.
This person’s worst enemy is anxiety. They live off their nerves and as a result the Rooster may find he spends quite a lot of his time containing his inner tension. Roosters are strong and hardy people who never give in to such things as colds and the like. They have a cast iron will which will out last their physical capabilities. Roosters will have to visit one or all of these during his lifetime, the homeopath, acupuncturist, and osteopath, and even the psychologist and neuro psychiatrist as well. Rooster women will invariably suffer with her monthly cycle as anything remotely linked to hormones will send the Rooster into a spin, so depression, tears and tantrums are common. The Rooster must find a way of channeling this awful pent up anxiety into something; maybe yoga would be ideal, or even some form of martial arts. But the Rooster does need something or his can be a life filled with inner turmoil. Please take care of yourself dear Rooster, oh and try and have a daily intake of lecithin which is found in eggs and sesame seeds as this protects the nervous system which will benefit you greatly.
Roosters are most compatible with: Sexy Snakes are very hot for you as is the fiery Dragon, and Pigs like you too. But don’t have any encounters with Dogs or Monkeys or Rabbits.

What’s said here is sort of true for me. I’m a rooster but I feel that my tendency of a rooster are off and on and mostly internal. I think like a rooster but my conflictions and actions prove different.

I have known quite a few roosters, and being a pig have got along with them just fine. There are only a few occasions when
i saw the recklessnes come out. One time it was while being in the car with a rooster, and this was very scary! I can remember being quite the mortified lil pigy! So if you should find youself in such a situation, paticularly with the male species, no amount of yelling will help. Unfortunately the only thing you can do is to stay calm and wait for the next chance to get out of the car.

I’m a rooster, and have to say I probably agree with most that is written here, more so than other sites.
Is it possible to have other traits mixed in?
As for anxiety, I think I probably live off it, maybe I should try yoga….

wow lynn that’s exactly true for me too, but it’s right, I have a lot of anxiety and I think for the most part this site pegged me dead on. the rooster, taurus, compatibility, and ruling planets. It’s perfect for my description. My inner demon is more prominent than my outer angel. I think and feel pressured and conflicted but I act and respond coherently and efficiently to society and my surroundings.

lolololololololololool i`m laughing at desmarie…..that was so funny!!!! but you are most definitly right!!!! when we have a argument with someone, they become quiet…they always say…”"just forget it”" or “”never mind”" or with others it goes on and on and on until a fight breaks out….sad, but true……but conversation wise, i wonder why ppl can never have a conversation with me sometimes….ones that are low tolorence always backs out and never holds a conversation with me…but the motivating, energized ones we can go at it…lol

oh and becky you forgot to put down that we was compatible with the ox also…….and you are so right..i reall do NOT get along at all with dogs, monkeys, and rabbits, you should put down that we dont get along with ppl born in the year o f the rat…i really do not like them…they are to cunning to me….and very sneaky…just like their best friend the monkey…..

also a pisces rooster myself, i agree most of the write-ups, I’ve known few pisces rooster, but have few similarities w/ them, they’re more subtle and feminine, while I’m more like rooster than pisces… maybe. Environment while growing up is also a big key to building the character. My father was a rabbit and older brother is monkey, mother is an ox. I know how to handle my opposite signs. I used my knowledge of chinese/western astrology to my advantage to handle people. Now, I seem to attract more rabbit sign than I wanted to. I don’t like to argue and don’t put my 2 cents unless asked. Also I’m surrounded w/ other siblings; dog, pig, tiger, dragon and snake; still managed to grow-up intact w/ no discord w/in the family.

Nope - not quite a valid description of the Rooster - and I should know - I am one. While I suffer from anxiety, I have been with the same Leo Dog girlfriend for nearly five years. I’m not very vain, and I’ve never met a Pig that I especially got along with.

I agree about determination and anxiety and agree about the get along well with pigs part , vanity also rings a bell but although I like expensive clothes I don’t like showing them off. So all in all the above written is quite general but accurate enough

It’s so funny to read the pisces rooster comments. I am a pisces rooster and drive my MX6 reasonably fast. I live with a capricorn rat who is my soul mate and we accidentally had a scorpio pig daughter 2007, (we planned no kids!) I do come across as uber confident but it’s what I like to call “social camouflage” as it makes people think twice about attacking me. If they did I’d crumble like a stale cupcake!

i am an earth dragon and my step mum is a rooster, in my childhood years we were ok, she could never have kids of her own.but when she went through IVF and had a son with my dad, she grew very cold towards me and abused me. and it broke my dragon confidence, i’ve only just built it up again and now i’m on speaking terms with my rooster step mum, and she said she went through a depressing stage and that she was sorry for what she did to me and that she couldn’t remember most of it because she felt depressed…this hurt me because i had remembered everything and im scarred for life in my heart and the thought that she couldn’t remember
so now i steer clear of roosters

Scorpio Rooster here! I pretty much agree with most of what is written about Roosters…except, I’m horrible with money! Most of my best girlfriends are Roosters too. They’re all so funny!
I do have anxiety. I’m always afraid I’m going to pass out and hit my face on the ground. Of course, this has never happened. And I’m also always scared someone’s going to break into my house. Again, this has never happened. I know I’m being irrational, but I can’t help it!
I’m currently in a long term relationship with a Scorpio Monkey. It’s a very passionate relationship. I love him with all my heart. He very much fits the Monkey description! I let him get away with a lot, but not too much! I was married to a Sagitarrius Pig. He drove me nuts! As time went on I couldn’t stand his thoughtlessness and lack of motivation.

I am a Gemini Rooster and I do care a lot about my looks. I have studied this sign for quite a while and would say that most roosters are rebels at heart. I’ve had rooster friends and they are like no other. Especially in fashion. My guy rooster friend always wears funny Logo shirts, he has his own style which is a bit weird but everyone thinks he is super hot. I used to dress up a lot, but now I have decided to let my inner rebel out and I got a few tattoos which I love to show off and I’m also wearing logo shirts to show my sense of humor. I care a lot about my hair and make up, which is not as crazy as my clothes. I like to keep it natural yet I spend a fortune in making it look that way. I like my style to also be one of a kind. My husband complains a lot about how much money I spend on my looks. I have always had a supernatural cosmic attraction to Gemini Dragons. Other dragons are too conceited, we just can’t put up with that, we’re better than you. Pigs definitely have best friend forever potential. Snakes are funny and loaded which roosters love. Oxen offer just the right balance that the rooster needs to live a happy life. I dated a Rabbit one time and it was a nightmare. Monkeys seem so perfect at first, but in the end, another nightmare. Tigers and Horses make great friends, but that is all. To the contrary I happen to think other Roosters make awesome friends, as long as it’s just friendship. Who else would be up to all the fun as another one of you? We are risk takers, not many other people are. Sheep and Rats like to have different types of fun, they have different interests and morals and a bit boring. Dogs are okay friends, not for the long run.

Hello, everyone I am a metal rooster. I am very observant. With all my experiences in life, I have learned to listen to my gut instinct and observe people’s behavior. I don’t think I am as blunt as this person describes all rooster’s. A word of advice to everyone, don’t listen to or hang out with negative nagging people. Live your life to the fullest! Because today you are here on this planet, tomorrow you may be gone in matter of seconds.

Rooster lady thinking of moving to new place to place. While I reading this I am feeling cold in whole year. I never change the person to live on and up to them. I have an old friend was Rooster same as me always competition and negative each other. But I still love him always and never give up with him but he always jealous and emotion of me because I have more friend like me. He gave up with me. I forget about him last two years. I get on with my different friend are most oxen, dog and horse. With love peace ^_^
