Aquarius and Virgo
Intellectually these two are well matched. And that’s it. This couple will no doubt get on each other’s nerves. Virgo can be quite nit picking and meticulous whereas and I’m afraid to say it, the Aquarius can be a tad lazy when it comes to household chores and anything that doesn’t involve his/her brilliance. This will infuriate the Virgo who loves to have a tidy and well organised home and believes everyone should do their share.
Both of these people can and have been accused of lacking in emotion, and this is mainly due to the fact that they are both more mental than physical people. But they both need a partner who will be more outwardly affectionate; this won’t be found in each other. Their sexual union could be in for some problems also. The Virgo lover can be somewhat prudish and reluctant to experiment sexually, never-mind talking dirty and expressing pent up fantasies. That will not happen!
Aquarius’s have their own time scale, time isn’t really an issue for them, they have more important things to worry about than what time the chicken has to come out of the oven or which day the washing must be done on. Virgo lives for these things. Their lives are regimented and organised; every day has a purpose and a job list. The Virgo has never been flighty or spontaneous, in-fact it scares him/her just to think about it. These people expect everything to run smoothly or else. And the Aquarius just couldn’t’ care less, to them life is for living, not filing!
Perhaps a bottle of wine and a few good conversations once a month would be the best these two could hope from this union.

I am a Virgo woman dating an Aquarius man and it’s not been good and I have decided to end the relationship. It’s been interesting to read the very things that the V/A love about each other but in my opinion, it has stifled me as a person. My Aquarian guy is very controlling, extremely emotional (to the point of making extremely outrageous threats) and doesn’t care a bit about a clean or organized home. C’mon,there has to be some standards! My guy tells me I am too organized and clean and lack in emotion. I know there is truth to that but it’s gotten to a point of trust for me so adios my Aquarius .. never again will I be involved with the likes of you. He can take his over-the-top dreamer mind to someone else.

Boy was I glad when I stumbled upon this site…here I was, having met the most amazing man, thinking I wasn’t meant to be with him because everywhere else says it shouldnt work!…so I thought I was imagining crazy things such as an Aqua really being in love with a Virgo….everywhere else says they only last as affairs…
I’d hate to think this man I met was an affair…technically it might have been…but my memories of being with an Aqua was like finding my other half…Intellectually there are amazing similarities…and hiting the same wavelength is almost bliss…I loved the fact that in some respects he was the exact opposite…he was just the messiest person i’ve ever met, n granted im messy myself but him…hahah….no words describe the mess!…where he was spontaneous and unpredictable i was constanly wondering and just going nutz!! haha…he drove me crazy but he taught me how to be less of a worry wart and more of a enjoy the moment and tomoro is a new day type of person…and thats a big change…I’ve never been bored with this relationship because the learning curve is constantly on…and judging from other peoples comments I guess I can say that he learnt many things too…
The problem I keep hearing about however is thr crit, the insecurity and the cautiousness…
Tip:
When a Virgo critizises its only because they care to notice…they don’t neccessarily want to change you I think its more the fact that they notice it and some of them try to understand it whereas others are just annoyed by it and just need to let it out…they’ll get over it eventually or just get used to it!
the thing is Virgo’s carries the criticism against them, with them forever and work on it constantly to be a better person..so that’s why I think virgo analyses and crits so often…
I’m learning how to hold back my crit…so mayb thats why me n my Aqua had a lot of fun…my biggest regret was not opening up…he gave me soo many opportunities and he always told me how he felt about me…and it was amazing to me…It was amazing that an Aqua could be into a Virgo!! lol…at the time I wasnt sure what to make of it…
The space that they need takes some getting used to but I was totally willing to try…the distance in emotion stung a little from time to time…but they’re so affectionate when they get into it…sex…HA! sex…there is no sex like it when it comes to a virgo willing to experiment and an Aqua!! lol! I think i made him dizzy with lust as someone else said!!… The humour is hilarious…
Has anyone else noticed that they sleep alot?!! haha…I loved that…Virgo’s like a little romance sometimes but when an Aqua gives them a gift or even just a talk or a moment of their time its better than romance…I think we appreciate little things much more than the normal gestures of love…and since they’re unpredicatable…its usually incredible…
I believe in my Aquarius…i’ve never had so much faith in anyone in my whole life…They’re outlook on life is interesting and I know I had some money issues with him but nothin pleased me more than being there for him…my favourite thing was driving him nuts…it was nice for change!!
an Aqua brings adventure to Virgo’s life…so for a Virgo craving safety, Aqua’s aint the best option…
Being a Virgo and being appreciated by the Zodiac’s most unpredictable and talked about sign…its pretty sexy stuff!! There’s nothing more satisfying than being loved for who you are faults and all…I never tried to change he never tried to change me…yes there would’ve been alot fighting and nit picking…but at the end of the day…if everything was perfect it wouldn’t be fun right?
So for all those who have fallen in love with the Aquarius man and loved every minute of it…understanding is wat kept the differences from irritating eachother, so ther’s something to think about!

I’ve been with my aquarian guy for 3 years now.We are both 26. never been so happy. We both talk about marriage all the time, kids, etc. I cant picture having such a successful realationship with anyone else. The only differene is that he does always want to be in groups and I like our alone time, but we compromise. Everyone has there differences. Other than that no complaints.

YES I’m an aquarius girl & I’ve met the most caring, sensitive, loveing & obviously TIDY Virgo man!!!! I had jus come out ov a 5 year relationship with an aquarius man & yes!!! itz true wat they sey bout aquarius & aquarius being in a relationship they are better off jus being friends!! There two a like 4 all the wrong reasons lol but we had fun I suppose lol!!! Newayz back 2 my amazing Virgo man!!! Whom by the way I didn’t know woz a Virgo until the other day sssoo Reading all these comments about Virgos made me laugh & agree 2 all of them ssoo much lol. I am a 27 virgo woman of course intrigued by an aqua male. I read every ones post and found them all helpful with understanding my aqua guy who is a year younger than I. after reading ur post I felt like u knew what was on my mind. I havnt knwn my guy but 4 3mnths but I am blown away. I thnk I may be more into him than he is into me because at times he can be so attentive and such a gentalman and others he culd b very distant & aloof. you wuld thnk this wuld drive me away but at times I actually enjoyin this roller coster ride. its something about this mysterious man tht keeps me interested and wanting to crack the code to his heart but the big question is “is it really worth it?”
please help in major need of advice

I would love to help but the thing with Aqua’s is that they’re unpredictable…so i really have no idea what he would think or do in the next 24hrs…
Having said that,
It’s worth it if u want it to be worth it, everything in life is worth it cause its life….being in love with an aqua will be forever enigmatic…and since i happen to notice details, i tend to read into things too much…so if u do tht, avoid thinking just bask in the moment!
The more space you can give him the better he’ll respond to it, and wen he does want the affection be sure to be ther wen he wants it….i kno it sounds a little ‘compliant’ but keeping as aloof from him as he is to you doesnt work too well in the long run…but if to the best of my knowledge, i kno it drove mine crazy to begin with!
With an aqua its just the right amount or otherwise itd be too much… :)and do share , throw cautiousness to the wind (if u can or as much as you can) and be the spontaneous self u know u wana b!!
Now im not neccesarily sayin its a happy ever after but its an experience you wouldnt forget if things dont turn out the way you wanted it to.
All in all, is the roller coaster ride worth the effort and the constant craziness goin on in our heads? If you become a better person in the process is it not worth it?

Thanks so much for the comment! I have let go…. considerably… Now I move on my feelings filtered but not bleached to ensure its not to much… The responses that I have gotten has been amazing. I’m the type of woman who is simple and a little goes a very long way especially if its the little that I consider most important. Although he is still not in convenient reach because he travels a lot. knowing that he’s still into me and is there for me is enough at this moment. its still new and I am enjoying the ride…
As I told him no matter where we end up in life I would never forget the feeling he gave me & reminded me that there are still good guys out there.

I am a virgo women, I love my aquaruis man, and he says he loves me too. In fact he says it first alot of the time so I suppose I shouldnt be so worried. Its only been 2 mnths, he just came out of an 11 year relationship in about June 2009 and has 2 kids with her. She moved out and took off on him, but then started looking after the kids again as his job doesnt allow for a normal daycare and he suffered great financial difficulty during the 3 mnths she disappeared. She recently moved back in because she was evicted, she is with someone whom she has been with since she left him and is pregnant with his child. However her bf obtained a place beginning of january and she is still in my mans house, I think she is using him. She is completely aware of me, and I trust my guy fully. But when we first met he was so much more into talking to me, constantly texting me, going on msn pretty well any time he could. The last 2 weeks though he barely talks to me at all… and he came over no less than 3 days a week to see me, this last week i only seen him once. I am really worried he has lost interest in me, even though he still tells me he loves me when we actually do talk, i asked him and he says he hasn’t just has been really busy. He wont demand his ex leave, and she keeps saying she doesnt know when she is going to, he says he believes she will disappear on her kids when she goes… I understand, but I am really frustrated and worry constantly. I am not sure if I should just leave it be, Ive already expressed how I feel… I just feel like hes drifting away, and I feel like if I just let us have little contact I will lose him. Not sure what I expect from explaining this, I think this is just something I have to deal with, yet I am very confused.

I as as a virgo i tend to be very picky when choosing lovers but when I find that special some one I just can’t help but to fall head over heals no matter the time frame. U just know. However at times when I am in love… love allows me to over look some flaws that I am totally aware of. Be true to yourself. What do you think is going on? We are very observant and analytical & love confirmation. I say go with your gut feeling.

i’m inluv with my boyfriend whose an aquarius, who i’ve known since i was 12, i’m 16 now (i don’t think i’m spelling it properly T^T), i luv being around him, he’s unpredictable and to me that makes it fun, i like abit of mystery and not knowing what’s gonna happen next (unless it’s horror films, cuz i’m scared of them lol), wen we’re alone he’s quite affectionate (i think that’s the word i’m looknig for) and romantic, (he plays with my hair alil bit, my hairs soft so i think that’s probably y he plays with it lol).
about him: he’s very funny, he’s unpredictable, stubborn, quick tempered (around me he’s calm, i seem to do that to everyone for some reason, i do find him arguing with someone cuz sometimes he doesn’t know i’m there cuz i’m round the corner behind from him lol we tend to run into eachother), he’s very selfless, wen something goes wrong he blames himself (i keep telling him everything that goes wrong isn’t his fault, he sort of listens), he is intelligent, sweet but puts on a sort of tough act wen everyone else is around (i think he’s shy, cuz wen ppl tease him he goes bright red lol wich is cute), he does sleep alot, and he eats alot, he’s abit lazy with chores, but that doesn’t really bother me, i’m a messy-clean person (basically half of the rooms messy wile the other halfs not, i sort of can’t be bothered to do the mess myself but i end up doing it cuz i like to move, he doesn’t make much mess, cuz i kinda sulk in a corner (literally) wen i see a big mess (after an hour i stop sulking and do the mess, my best friends (who are all 3 pisces and 2 aquarius, doesn’t include my aquarius guy though) make the mess mostly, wen i sulk my aquarius offers to help alil (sometimes he asks, depends how he’ feeling) i usually say no and that he can chill out if he wants (i don’t like making other ppl clean up my stuff that ppl hav messed around with, i think it’s sort of rude in away, since their guests), after saying that, he lets me do the mess.
about me: i’m not critical or detached, i’m just shy and i only get quick tempered if someones cruel to the ppl i care for, i know it sed aquarius’s r dreamers and virgos aren’t, but i’m a big dreamer, wen i’m bored u’ll just see me sat there with a blank look on my face (though i’ll come back to reality if someone calls my name). according to ppl i’m a very sweet, caring, funny person, some ppl even call me bubbly, also givs good advice and understanding, some ppl call me weird but i usually say to them “i know that’s y ppl luv me” lol, anyway if i see anyone crying or getting physically hurt i’ll stop wat i’m doing and go straight over to see wat’s wrong, and try and put the smile back on the persons face (i know wen someones giving a true smile or fake)and i giv them advice about how to deal with the problem, i hate seeing ppl sad, it’s like i’m being torn inside.
about me and my aqua: we met at skool, we weren’t close at first, he didn’t really smile much it was rare to see him smile, after a week, i realized he hasn’t smiled at all, and i decided that i was gonna try and get him to smile a true smile. eventually i got him to smile, (i kinda went hyper and started doing a lucky dance alil lol) he opened up to me alil, and after a year he asked me out, i had fallen for him after getting to know him for 4 months, i was too shy to tell him, anyway i sed yea to him, and he was really happy about it, after a few months he showed me y he was so sad (lets say something bad happened in his life, i promised i woodn’t tell anyone unless i knew them or if he didn’t want me too tell them. also i found out that he hasn’t really had much affection, besides his mother in his life, his father kinda tossed him aside, i understood y he found it hard to get close to ppl, he also told me he was worried that i mite run away from him, (i’d never do that!!) i told him “that i’d never leave him even if someone offered me all the money in the world” (money’s important for food and that but i’d choose him over money =_=, same goes for friends but i’d go for him even if someone threatened to kill me) i got him to blush alil, and he looked alil shocked (i’m not sure if he was shocked but he looked it) i knew he was happy to hear that (i know it’s abit cheesy but he’s a sensitive guy so i had to say wat i truly feel), we haven’t had sex yet (cuz we’re both shy and waiting till later) i also found out he hasn’t had a girlfriend before me, so i feel lucky.
btw he’s quicktempered (for some reason not around me) and i’m a drama-queen

i did say more to him wen he told me that he was scared i’ll run away i did tell him that i’d also never leave him cuz i luv him to much to leave him, and that i want to stay by his side (oh i do giv him personal space, he has told me that he’d like to spend some days by himself just to get things done, i understood and on them days i do collage work or go see my friends, we don’t see eachother 2-3 times a week)

Hi i am a virgo girl and i have been datin a aquarius guy
for about 4 months.At the begining there was a instint attraction
and we talked on the phone for hours.Our sexual attraction
was a different story of course.i was more of the filthy and
freaky type ,he was more of the make love type,he got better over time.He fell in love with
me after the second week we was dating.I cant honestly say he is the type
of person that takes the time to understand me completely.He never judges
me and always forgives me for all my mistakes.We can laugh for hours about the
smallest things and he always puts my feelings first.however,he is really attached
to me and can sometimes become a little clingy,for this relationship to work all
i really need is my space because my temper can became crazy.Also he can be a little
bit more persisstent and less lazy.i am the type of person that lives for the momment
and need somebody thats is more aggressive and a tad bit emoutional.Besides that we can probably work out if we put aside our differences and respect each others wishes to agree and make some change.

aaagh yes, i’m so glad to see these personal responses, initially seeing all of the virgo aquarius compatibility issues i was worried. i just started dating a virgo man, and he is amazing. conversation is never lacking, and he is so kind and reassuring. we are both extremely attracted to one another, and this time i’m taking it slow because he’s worth it. i’ve never met some one so great! we are having the most amazing adventures, and i really do feel comfortable in his presence.
